Pan-fried Kühlbarra Barramundi with Supreme Soya Sauce

INGREDIENTS
100g Kühlbarra Barramundi Belly
5g Ginger
5g Onions
1g Lemon Pieces
30g Japanese Soya Sauce

METHOD
1. Fry ginger and onions in a wok till fragrant.
2. Add barramundi belly and fry until golden yellow in colour.
3. Drizzle Japanese soya sauce on top and garnish with lemon slices.
