INGREDIENTS
400g Kühlbarra Barramundi Belly
5pcs Cherry Tomato
5pcs Melon Pieces
5 portions broth
200g Chinese Cabbage
100g Sweet Bamboo Shoots
200g Big Tomato
1kg Water
METHOD
1. Mince barramundi and wrap a fifth of the meat around a cherry tomato to form a ball. Make 5 balls.
2. Boil the barramundi balls with chinese cabbage and bamboo shoots for 20 minutes, then add melon pieces and boil for another 5 minutes
